When I came to coaching I had been forced into change. Although I had an idea where I was going I NEVER believed I’d get there!

So I took myself off to find someone with the answers to sort out my life….. What a shock to discover that responsibility for advancement remained with me!

My coach Cathy Breslin told me in no uncertain terms that working with her would require dedication and commitment to some hard work….

And some of it was hard. I looked at myself from various viewpoints – taking out and dusting bits I didn’t like to consider – and didn’t always like what I saw. That was hard.

BUT as I began to unravel ME, I came to know myself better - to see & appreciate the good bits. I also learned I had the power to change what I didn’t like by making different choices. Finally I believed in my own potential and am now beginning to live what I thought was only a dream… working for myself allowing me to maximise the time spent with my children. I keep tweaking and changing bits here & there – things don’t always run quite as planned!

I can truly say that my experience of Life Coaching with Cathy Breslin changed my life for the better – having a better awareness of myself carries benefits into every aspect of my life and leaves me a more confident person.

The greatest part of the Skills for Life course for me is that I learned how to let go of a lot of hurt in my past that I was hanging on to. I gained a lot of confidence in dealing with problems that happen in everyday life now.

Hi, I am actually in the middle of doing a second "Skills for Life" course. Cathy Breslin is giving the course and she is an inspiration to everyone. If you knew me before I did these courses and compared me now to who I was, you would know how much I've learned from the courses and personally changed.
